REQUIREMENTS:
Best candidates will have resume, references and credentials which show experience and clean driving record. These positions require reading, writing, and communication skills and the ability to follow daily task, assignments, and chores using a team oriented approach.

 

  • Can legally work in the United States

  • Be age 18 or older

  • Can pass a criminal background check

  • Clean driving record

  • Automobile insurance coverage

  • CPR certified

  • General Physical/ TB Test

  • Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form

  • Able to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames

  • Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations

  • Have a positive attitude

Direct Support Professional/Registered Nurse (RN) Needed!!!

We are seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to provide Administrative and Skilled nursing services for Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Individuals. The RN will be working closely with persons served and direct support professionals to ensure best possible health services in community integrated living arrangements.

Qualified Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Have a current IN RN License

  • Current CPR (BLS) certification

  • Leadership Skills

  • Team Player

  • Personal Liability Insurance

  • Dispensed medications within the last "2" years

  • CPR/ FIRST AID instructor preferred

  • ​

**Knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver Program a Plus


Hours can flex up to 40 hours if dictated by company needs
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20/ hr 
Experience: Registered Nurse: 3 years (Preferred)
